Farm to
Food Pantry

We started Farm to Food Pantry as a way to support local farmers, small businesses and local community members struggling with food insecurity during the pandemic. Since its start in April of 2020 we have donated over 4,000 loaves of bread, over 18,000 pounds of produce, over 500 pounds of cheese and over 200 specialty food items. â€‹

Here is how how it works; Love, KK raises funds and Cowbell Kitchen, our small business partner, uses their connections to local farmers and producers to purchase food.  Love, KK then collects the food and donates it to Lucketts Community Food Pantry at Faith Chapel two times a month.

A big shout out to 100WOMENSTRONG and Loudoun County Human Services Non-profit grant funding as well as our many donation from Love, KK supporters.

Shop Small, Shop Local

Thanks to Cowbell Kitchen, we have been able to share fresh, local food with people suffering from food insecurity by donating to the Lucketts Community Food Pantry at Faith Chapel.

Consider supporting these reliable farmers and producers who continue to deliver high quality food

Internship

With our partner, Cowbell Kitchen, we created our internship program. Love, KK raises the funds to provide a fully paid internship experience at Cowbell Kitchen. We are always looking for new business partners and interns to expand this program!

Random Acts of Kindness

Random Acts of Kindness (R.A.K.)

How it works

  1. Love, KK raises funds.

  2. You nominate community members who need extra love in their life.

  3. Love, KK purchases goods or services from local small businesses and assembles a unique gift for the nominated community member.

  4. The gift is hand delivered! Your nominee feels happy and learns about a super cool business in their community

40+ RAKs have been delivered to our community members, with goods from Cowbell Kitchen, Far Bungalow Farm, South Mountain Creamery and other small businesses.
