• Start at Cowbell Kitchen

• Turn left and head South on King Street 

• Follow King Street to the W&OD trail and turn right

• Follow the trail to the Route 7 bridge. This is the half way point!

• Turn around and run back the way you came, finishing at Cowbell Kitchen
